Dabov's taken measures in response to the State of Emergency
In connection with the Minister of Health, Kiril Ananiev's order dated 13 March 2020, we at DABOV Specialty Coffee, have taken the following measures and decisions:
SHOWROOM AND BARISTA ACADEMY - 58, Lyuben Karavelov Str
Working hours remain unchanged.
The showroom will work as a coffee shop where anyone can buy coffee packs.
The coffee is produced according to the strict hygiene standards that are adhered in our Roastery (see below - Roastery).
We will not be preparing any beverages until 29 March 2020 - neither for a consumation in the showroom, nor to go.
All courses and cuppings from our Barista Academy planned for the period 13-29 March 2020 are postponed. The tickets purchased can be used for a later date or, in the case of impossibility to attend, the amounts will be refunded.
Hygiene measures taken:
1. It is allowed only 1 customer at a time in the coffee shop. We ask all customers to wait their turn outside. Customers who have visible symptoms of illness will be invited to wait outside while their order is being processed.
2. A hand sanitizer is provided at the entrance and any customer can use them, if he or she wishes so.
3. Only baristas who are in excellent health with no symptoms of illness will be working in the shop.
4. The shop is ventilated every 15 minutes.
5. Every 30 minutes the employees disinfect their hands.
6. Every hour different surfaces and the door handles are disinfected.
7. The floor is disinfected twice a day.
ONLINE SHOP dabov.coffee
Deliveries are made according to the General Terms of our online shop - within 1 to 3 working days after the order is placed. We work with the courier companies Speedy and Rapido.
For the period of the State of Emergency, we invite all coffee lovers to place their orders online. To this end, we provide free shipping on all orders for the territory of Bulgaria.
For orders of 1 kg. packages - 10% discount until we run out of stock.
ROASTERY
Working Hours: - DABOV Specialty Coffee Roastery ceases to operate from 13 March 2020 until 29 March 2020. We have taken this measure to make sure that in the State of Emergency, during which the purpose is to limit the spread of the virus, not a single batch of coffee will be produced.
All coffee batches so far have been produced (roasted and packed) by our employees who have not shown any symptoms of the disease so far. This ensures that we provide you only with coffee produced according to hygiene practices and clean packs that are stored in our warehouse.
We currently have enough coffee for the period of the State of Emergency.
WAREHOUSE
Working hours remain unchanged.
The coffee stored in the warehouse was produced in a clean environment by 13 March 2020 at the latest. All employees have been healthy and without any visible symptoms of illness by 13 March 2020.
The following precautionary and hygiene measures have been taken:
1. Only employees in good health with no symptoms of illness can enter our warehouse. Every morning, the Head of the Warehouse monitors the situation at the entrance.
2. Courier and transport companies' employees are not allowed in the warehouse. The loading and unloading is carried out outdoors, on the lot.
3. Personal protective equipment - gloves and masks for handling the online shop shipments are provided.
4. The floors are disinfected twice a day.
5. Disinfectants are provided at the entrance of the warehouse.
