The good barista knows that the more answers to questions like those he can find the more clients he will have because the drinks he will serve will not only be professionally prepared but will also carry the stamp of his signature.
An intensive 2-day course. The course includes theory and practical training. The class focuses on the technics of the proper preparation of espresso, cappuccino and latte art.

The class is intended mostly for professionals in the field: baristas, managers, and owners of coffee shops.

Every participant in the course receives a certificate for Barista Maestro from DABOV Specialty Coffee Academy and Association of the Bulgarian Baristas. The diploma is worldwide valid. The course is also appropriate and gives the necessary knowledge for those who wish to be certified as Barista 1st and 2nd degree from SCAE (Specialty Coffee Association of Europe). More about the lecturer
Jordan Dabov is a member of the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe – SCAE, certificated barista – 2nd degree and licensed coffee instructor by SCAE. Jordan Dabov is the only licensed instructor for Bulgaria and Macedonia. This gives him the opportunity to issue diplomas with the SCAE seal, which are valid all over the world. He is also a judge at the national Bulgarian barista championship in 2010 and 2011; at barista championships on a local level and also at international barista championships.
Jordan Dabov is a coffee taster and a member of the jury of the international competition for the Specialty Coffee Cup of Excellence. The programs which he uses for his trainings are approved by SCAE.
