The Kambata People are one of the oldest ethnicities in Southern Ethiopia, and they have rich ancient traditions. Moplaco is one of the farms that work with them and brings their excellent coffee outside Ethiopia. Their main cash crop currently is indeed coffee and since they are in the middle of an ecological crisis, they need all the financial help they can get. We have chosen Ethiopia Kambata because of its intriguing mixture of flavours – strawberry and peach, a hint of milk chocolate. Dense, creamy texture that tells stories of ancient times.
